Our 24 hour call centre handles on average 250 calls a day. Enquiries range from quotes for central heating and boiler replacement to breakdown and maintenance calls from our Housing Association partners and domestic households. Our trained call centre staff can deal with many problems over the phone and, if necessary, dispatch a duty engineer to deal with the problem.
Your job will be tracked and managed from the first phone call through to satisfactory completion. Quality control checks are carried out on all installation and maintenance work.
