He phoned us beforehand to let us know he was on his way over. He was easy to talk to, very kind and polite (he took his shoes off out of respect which I really appreciated as it drives me mad having muddy wet footprints on the floor!). We asked if he could check the radiators in the bedrooms and he ended up checking them in all of the rooms and making sure they were all working fine.
